Prerequisite: Be able to tie your shoes (21+ only)
In this 5 week consecutive series of rope bondage workshops students will learn basic and advanced rope bondage techniques, rope safety and handling, scene negotiation, scene dynamics, improvisational bondage skills, the aesthetics of rope bondage, and much, much more! Each Rope Bondage 101 Spring Semester class is consecutive in that each week's lessons build upon the previous week's lessons. Wear comfortable clothes and get ready to learn! After each class have a complimentary drink at the Rope U. social hour downstairs at The Bad Dog Saloon. Rope will be provided for the first two weeks of class, however students are expected to bring their own rope beginning in week# 3 Harnesses and Hogties.

Week #2- Spreader Bars & Rope Shackles
Week#3- Harnesses & Hogties
-Learn the proper techniques for safe, quick and easy Hogties.
Week#4- Bound by Nature (part1)
-Various rope ties inspired and named from nature
-Improvisational Bondage
Week#5- Bound by Nature (part2)
- More rope ties inspired and named from nature
-Summer Semester Graduation

*Scene Dynamics

*Rope Safety (Where to tie & where not to tie)
*Radial Nerve. (What is it? How do I find it? Why do I need to stay away from it?)
*Rope Handling & Rope Care. (Learn how to store and clean your rope)
*How to choose the right rope to get the job done.
*Symmetrical or Asymmetrical? What are the advantages of each?
*Developing Improvisational rope bondage skills (Want to tie up a hot botum but you don't have any rope handy? We will teach you how to safely work with what you have got around the house)
Rope Bondage 101 is a private workshop open only to students of Rope U.
In order to protect the privacy of our students: No onlookers. No Cameras. No nudity allowed during class. Sorry not that kind of gig.

Rope U. will also be teaching a series of One Night Stand Workshops for both beginners and advanced students.

Rope U. also offers private nonsexual workshops for individuals, couples, or small groups for a base rate of $175/hour plus travel expenses with a two hour minimum required.
